Seriously I did! Live on webcam 2 – Pitty I’m not a royalist! The webcam images are a little like watching ghostly figures in slow motion animation – mesmerising and broadband super draining, as it’s an image that seems to be refreshed every second or two.

Spot the queen!
This is the Wimbledon, of flower and garden shows – the crème de la crème, de la crème del la crème, del la crème!
The show opens tomorrow [20th – 24th May] – they used to show it on BBC Prime but alas no more. The flowers and garden designs were spectacular so I’m a tad miffed that I can’t get to see it this year – has to be budget cuts
It has a very dull and visually disappointing website – very few pictures of flowers but packed with info on gardening stuff. And 2 live Webcams – placed way up high on a pole [so they wont get nicked! (stolen)] you can’t really see any thing interesting except for the crowds shuffling about – spell binding!

There are around 600 exhibitors at the show. This includes: 22 show gardens; 22 small gardens, including courtyard gardens and urban gardens; 100 floral exhibitors in the Great Pavilion; approximately 300 garden product exhibitors International exhibitors come from countries as far away as the Sweden, Barbados, Sri Lanka, France, Holland, Germany, Australia, Jamaica, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago and Zimbabwe.
If you’re in London you must go!
